We understand that plans can change, and circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your hiking expedition. To ensure a smooth process and fair treatment for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1.Cancellation Period:
- The hike can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation notice is provided at least 2 weeks before the scheduled start date.
2.Payment Requirement:
- An advance payment of 50% of the total cost is required at least before a month to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% of the full amount must be completed before the scheduled start of the hike.
3.Refund Procedure:
- If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method (Cash and Bank transfer). Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be completed.
- Only card payment Charges 6% of your paid payment value.
4.Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within less than 2 weeks of the hike’s scheduled start date may result in a partial or no refund. This is due to the logistical and preparatory work already undertaken on your behalf.
5.Modification or Rescheduling:
- Participants may inquire about modifying or rescheduling their hike, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Any changes must be communicated well in advance.
6.Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, the cancellation policy may be adjusted as necessary. Participants will be promptly informed of any changes.
